The Business Method Engineer is responsible for deploying, maintaining, and supporting reliable, efficient and integrated production solutions to Operations, to enable industrial excellence.
Main Responsibilities
Test & Develop Core ARP solutions in line with Broughton Industrial System Interface between ARP Core Team & wider ME e.g. Work Prep, Config, Lineside & PPE Interface between ARP Core Team & other functions e.g. Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations & Quality Document best practice for Wing Assembly in ARP Understand and challenge solutions adopted by the ARP team Identify any gaps and suggest improvements You will be looking at methods, processes and documents and ensuring they are aligned to the central organisation Cascading any new methods into the business Supporting with SAP systems and acting as first line of investigation on any root causes and proposing a solution Don't need a programmer but someone who has experience in SAP and understanding background data Sustain, harmonize, develop, distribute and train on Processes, Methods, Tools, Competences and Data Management. Coaching, communication & facilitation with the operational teams. Leading Manufacturing part of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) projects including development of new PLM solution for E2E Digital Continuity (Engineering to Shop floor)
Experience Required
Previous knowledge and experience within a manufacturing environment. Previous knowledge and experience within an aerospace background is highly desirable. Motivated and self-driven with the ability to work autonomously when required, whilst being a strong team player. SAP experience and understanding is essential. Keen to develop knowledge of wider Business processed & Functions
