We have an excellent opportunity for anAirtime Billing Manager working with a successful, growing Satellite Communications organization operating in the government, defence and maritime sectors.

  • Role based Merstham, Surrey

In this role you will own and manage all aspects of the monthly billing cycle for the organization including monthly management reporting, leading, managing and directing the Billing team.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Ownership of and responsibility for the monthly billing cycle
  • Management of the billing team, overseeing day to day activities
  • Understand organizations products and services and how that applies to the billing of services to customers, producing analysis and reporting to assist Sales, CEO etc.
  • Subject Matter Expert on third party billing/ provisioning systems ensuring accuracy of data/ details and any issues resolved
  • Analytical reporting for billing and activation
  • Ensure airtime tickets are resolved within SLAs
  • Liaison with customers and suppliers as needed.
  • Verification and approval of supplier invoices
  • Escalation and management of complaints
