Join a cutting-edge aerospace company at the forefront of high-altitude platform technology. We are looking for a skilledAvionics Production Technicianto be part of a pioneering team, assembling and integrating advanced UAV systems designed for long-endurance missions in the stratosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Installation, wiring, and system integration of avionics and mechanical components on UAV platforms
✅ Manufacturing in-house avionic components as required
✅ Maintaining detailed build records and ensuring adherence to quality standards
✅ Conducting system integration and installation tests
✅ Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations
✅ Self-certifying completed work and contributing to process improvements
✅ Problem-solving and delivering corrective actions to optimize production efficiency

What We're Looking For:

Essential:



  • Hands-on experience in avionics/electronic engineering


  • Strong knowledge of production and maintenance processes to high-quality standards


  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings


  • Experience with avionic hardware production and wiring installations


  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a meticulous, quality-conscious approach


Preferred:



  • NVQ Level 3 in Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent experience


  • Time-served apprenticeship in avionics/electronic manufacturing, installation, or testing


  • Previous experience in the aerospace sector


  • IT proficiency relevant to the role
