Our premium brand Automotive client is currently recruiting for the following role:

Automotive Transformation Manager - £45/hr (Inside IR35) - Warwickshire - 6 Months (potential to extend)

Position Description:
Engineering Transformation is responsible for value-driven delivery of continuous improvement projects to ensure the precise execution of the client's on and off-cycle products. The Automotive Transformation Manager is required to lead and/or support the delivery of key transformation projects and technology advancements across engineering.
The expectation is to guide teams on their aspiration setting and roadmap generation, coordinating team setup and efficiencies and driving the delivery of the workstreams.
In addition, there is a requirement to support and lead operational activities across Off-Cycle including, agile ceremonies, change & engagement activities and project monitoring.

The successful individual will have a key role within the relatively new Off-Cycle environment, with the opportunity to co-lead the coordination of projects providing the future technologies and processes leading to the delivery of the next generation of products.

Skills Required:

  • Experience of automotive programme delivery process (PCDS but other OEM processes also relevant).
  • Experience of influencing teams and programme managing projects, for a defined outcome.
  • Experience of working within an AGILE framework.

  • Extensive years automotive experience

    Additional Information:
    This role is on a contract basis and is Inside IR35.
    Hybrid working: 3 Days per week in the office in Warwickshire
