Requirements
You will have strong project management experience with a technical background from the construction sector and ideally hold professional qualifications and memberships (MCIOB, MAPM etc.), along with experience of NEC contracts.
- Ideally have NEC accreditation or several years NEC project management experience
- You will ideally already be security cleared or able to get security clearance
- Have led/worked on large complex construction programs of work in the construction sector
- A construction technical background is a must-have to be considered for the role
- Able to work on own initiative with strong motivation skills
- Strong communication skills with experience working in a client-focused environment
- Well organised, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined and commercially astute
- Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal
- Commitment to working a minimum of 3 days on site (Tuesday to Thursday)
