They are currently seeking experiencedAssociateandAssociate DirectorlevelProject Managersto join their established team and play a key role in leading on and delivering one of the world’s largest and most complex defence programmes.

The Project and Career Opportunity

At the heart of this programme lies the development of cutting-edge nuclear reactors and propulsion systems that will power the submarine fleet protecting our nations for decades to come. Requirements

  • Strong project management experience with a technical background from the construction sector.
  • Professional qualifications and memberships (MCIOB, MAPM etc.) are ideal.
  • Experience of NEC contracts is preferred.
  • NEC accreditation or several years of NEC project management experience is ideal.
  • Security clearance or the ability to obtain it is preferred.
  • Experience leading or working on large complex construction programs.
  • A construction technical background is essential.
  • Able to work on own initiative with strong motivation skills.
  • Strong communication skills with experience in a client-focused environment.
  • Well-organised, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined and commercially astute.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal.
  • Commitment to working a minimum of 3 days on site (Tuesday to Thursday).
