Assistant to Operations Director Cheltenham £30,000 - £35,000 doe Permanent Our client is looking for an Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to their Operations DirectorKey Responsibilities – Assistant to Operations Director Administrative Support Help maintain the smooth running of the administration team and the daily tasks that need to be completed.Communication Liaison: Act as the point of contact between the Operations Director and internal/external contacts, ensuring clear and effective communication.Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of projects by coordinating with relevant teams and ensuring that all project documentation is up to date.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the operational workflow and assist in implementing these changes to enhance efficiency.Document Management: Oversee the management of documents and files related to the Operations Director's projects, ensuring that everything is accurately recorded and easily accessible.Planning: Organise and coordinate projects, teams and specific customer liaison if required, to assist with logistical aspects needed to meet the company's operational goals.Qualifications & Requirements – Assistant to Operations DirectorStrong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with a wide range of personnel. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRMs.A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
