Note: Due to the remote business location, the ideal candidate must have their own transport. 

Salary: £27,000–£29,000 + approx. £8,000 overtime annually

We’re looking for a hands-on Assembly Operative to join our Fitting Shop team in Denham. In this role, you'll be assembling and testing precision components including cables, pipes, and high-pressure hoses used in high-performance aerospace systems.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company where your work directly contributes to saving lives. You'll need a basic manufacturing or engineering background, the ability to read engineering drawings, and a good understanding of hand tools and measuring equipment.

Key Requirements:

Must hold a full driving licence due to the site location

Experience in assembly, bonding, or masking components is a plus

Team player with an eye for detail
