We are looking to recruit Assembly / Fabrication Operator to join our existing team at our Coalville facility. The role will primarily involve the assembly components using various methods, checking and visually inspecting at all times whilst adhering to industry and company standards.
What we offer for the position of Assembly / Fabrication Operator
· £12.50 - £14.50ph Depending on skill level and experience.
· Monthly Productivity Bonus
· 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays.
· Rotating Shifts (37 hours): Mon to Weds 6.00am to 2.00pm – 2.00pm to 10.00pm, Thurs 6.00am to 1.00pm – 1.00pm to 8.00pm, Fri 6.00am to 12.00pm – 12.00pm to 06.00pm
· Overtime availability.
· Permanent contract of employment.

Requirements for the position
· Experience in assembly and fabrication preferred
. Experience in using hand tools and power tools.
· Experience in deburring preferred.
· An excellent eye for detail, to meet Quality performance expectations.
· Able to work in an organised and methodical manner.
· Able to adhere to job instruction sheets.
· Capable of working as part of a team but also independently.
· Good communication skills.
· Aerospace industry experience would be an advantage.
· Upon a successful interview, Preci Spark’s application process requests that a basic criminal record may be carried out
Role of Assembly / Fabrication Operator includes:
· Assembly and manual fabrication.
· Visually inspecting parts.
· Occasional blasting and/or deburring
· Keep within both company, and industry standards.
· Reading engineering drawings.
· Achieving production targets.
· Health, safety and environment compliance.
