Job Title: Application Production Support Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a technically adept and proactive Support Engineer to join an existing project around Market Access. You will be responsible for supporting production environment, resolving technical issues, and ensuring seamless integration and deployment.

Durations is 3 months initial

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on support for production environments, ensuring the stability and performance of data workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data pipelines and integrations built using Palantir Foundry, PySpark, and TypeScript.
Collaborate with engineering and business teams to understand requirements and deliver timely solutions.
Support and improve continuous integration (CI) processes to streamline deployment and reduce downtime.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify issues and provide updates.

Essential Skills

Experience supporting production environments and resolving live issues.
Experience of Palantir Foundry, TypeScript, and PySpark.
Familiarity with CI tools and practices.
Excellent communication skills for engaging with business stakeholders.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Familiarity with OpenTelemetry is desired but not needed.
DevOps environment experience
