DESCRIPTION

  • Responsibilities
  • Aircraft Maintenance/IFE: Carry out line maintenance, preventive maintenance and modifications on customer's in-flight entertainment systems, in compliance with UK CAA regulations.
  • Perform built-in and manual tests, troubleshoot electronic failures, and replace defective parts as needed.
  • Customer Support: Interface with customers, document repairs, and assist in spare inventory tracking.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Maintain communication with management, operate vehicles around airport properties, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and undertake any related duties assigned by supervisors.
  • Qualifications:
  • Licenses: Must have an A or B1 or B2 license with a Type Rating on (A380, A350, A330, A320, 787, 777, 767)
  • Experience: General knowledge of electrical mechanics and experience in commercial aviation, military service, or technical school is highly preferred. IFE or avionics experience is preferred but not required.
  • Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, work on ladders or platforms, and endure standing, sitting, and bending for extended periods.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, ability to work in extreme weather conditions, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have a valid UK driver's license and be open to shift work.
  • What We’re Looking For:
  • Essential aircraft maintenance experience, along with a valid Category A UKCAA aircraft license or equivalent.
  • Ability to meet service level agreements under strict deadlines.
  • Strong teamwork capabilities, precision in following detailed instructions, and adaptability todifferent work environments.
