Aircraft Build Technician - Electrical
About the Role: ARCA is excited to recruit for a key position on behalf of our client. We are looking for an Aircraft Build Technician to join a dynamic Build & Maintenance team. This role is essential in helping to pioneer cutting-edge technology, supporting the build, commissioning, and deployment of test rigs and assisting in critical flight test programs.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in building, testing, and maintaining sub-assemblies and full aircraft systems.
Work on both low and high-voltage electrical and mechanical systems.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure the success of flight test activities.
Occasionally work on a shift basis or extended hours during high-demand periods.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong knowledge of high-voltage electrical systems, wiring harness build techniques, crimping, and soldering.
Accredited aerospace engineering qualification or equivalent experience, with commercial or military aircraft experience preferred.
Familiarity with aircraft documentation, maintenance manuals, and engineering drawings.
