About the Role: ARCA is excited to recruit for a key position on behalf of our client. We are looking for an Aircraft Build Technician to join a dynamic Build & Maintenance team. This role is essential in helping to pioneer cutting-edge technology, supporting the build, commissioning, and deployment of test rigs and assisting in critical flight test programs.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in building, testing, and maintaining sub-assemblies and full aircraft systems.
  • Work on both low and high-voltage electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure the success of flight test activities.
  • Occasionally work on a shift basis or extended hours during high-demand periods.
    What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong knowledge of high-voltage electrical systems, wiring harness build techniques, crimping, and soldering.
  • Accredited aerospace engineering qualification or equivalent experience, with commercial or military aircraft experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with aircraft documentation, maintenance manuals, and engineering drawings.
