About the Role

We’re working in partnership with this forward-thinking logistics provider to recruit an Air Export Pricing Coordinator to join their air freight team.

This is a key role supporting the commercial and operational teams with accurate, competitive air export quotations. You’ll be responsible for liaising with suppliers, internal departments, and overseas agents to ensure quotes are timely, profitable, and aligned with customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities



Prepare accurate, competitive air export pricing and quotations for new and existing clients

Liaise with airlines, overseas agents, and internal departments to source and negotiate rates

*

Support the sales and commercial teams with timely quote turnaround and pricing strategies

*

Keep pricing records, tariffs, and supplier rate sheets up to date and organised

*

Analyse market trends and airline rate changes to maintain competitiveness

*

Collaborate with operational teams to ensure a smooth transition from quote to shipment

*

Support with tenders and large pricing projects as required

*

Follow up on submitted quotes and provide feedback to the commercial team

Requirements

*

Proven experience in air export pricing or coordination within a freight forwarding environment

*

Solid knowledge of air freight processes, INCO terms, and international logistics

*

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

*

Strong numeracy and attention to detail

*

Confident using Microsoft Excel and freight/logistics systems

*

Organised, proactive, and able to work to tight deadlines

*

A team player with a commercial mindset and customer-first approach
