Accounts Payable

Part-time role, 20 hours per week

Salary: £20,000 pro rata (based on a full-time equivalent of £35,000)

Bonus (15%) + Generous Pension + Flexible Working

Your tasks:

Ensure suppliers are paid on time - you will be the go-to person for making sure everything stays on track
Process supplier invoices and post them to our accounting system
Process payments for international vendors
Prepare weekly BACS payments and handle urgent same-day payments when needed
Communicate with suppliers and resolve any queries confidently and professionally
Reconcile supplier statements and keeping records up-to-date
Manage corporate credit card expenditures and employee expenses

Experience

Proven Accounts Payable experience and confidence making payments in multiple currencies
Attention to detail and a knack for keeping everything accurate
Strong skills with Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
Great communication skills and the ability to liaise with people at all levels
A proactive, organised approach with the ability to prioritise tasks
