AC / Refrigeration Engineer
Location: All work within an hour of your home
Salary: Up to £45,000 basic (negotiable DOE)
Standby: 1 in 6 (barely get called out - the company only got called out twice last year)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
We're working with a well-established, independently run refrigeration and process cooling specialist with a strong reputation for quality service and long-term client relationships. Due to continued growth, they're looking for a skilled Engineer to join their team, supporting a wide range of sites across Yorkshire and surrounding areas.

You'll be responsible for the service, maintenance, fault-finding and occasional installation of cooling systems in sectors such as:

Manufacturing and industrial plants
Aerospace and defence
Hospitals and medical environments
Retail, leisure, and commercial premisesYou'll be working with a variety of equipment including chillers, split systems, cold rooms, process cooling units and more.
What You'll Need:

F-Gas certification
Proven experience in commercial/industrial refrigeration or process cooling
A strong understanding of fault diagnosis and service work
Comfortable working independently and communicating with clients
Full UK driving licenceWhat's on Offer:

Basic salary up to £45,000 (negotiable based on experience)
1 in 6 standby rota - very minimal call-outs
Company van and fuel card
