Job Description Due to the continued growth andsuccess of the business Silverstream Technologies is seeking tofurther bolster the team with additional Performance Analystcapabilities. Company: Silverstream Technologies was founded in2010 with the aim of optimising fuel efficiency in the Maritimesector using air lubrication technology. The Silverstream® Systemis a proven energy saving technology, delivering 5-10% net fuel andemissions savings and can be used on both retrofit and newbuildvessels. Air lubrication is a strategically important technologywhich addresses the immediate decarbonisation requirements and theoperational efficiency challenges emanating from future energytransitions. Location: London HQ, Marylebone or Chandlers Ford,Southampton Office. Reporting to: Head of Performance ThePerformance Analyst will be responsible for the prediction,validation, monitoring and improvement of ALS performance. Thisincludes planning and executing the performance team coreactivities as well as assisting with research and development inthe performance space. Experience / Qualifications Required: Isyour CV ready If so, and you are confident this is the role foryou, make sure to apply asap. - Higher Degree in engineering,mathematics, statistics or equivalent subject. - A basic knowledgeof ship resistance and propulsion and hydrodynamics in general isessential. Demonstrable knowledge of ISO/ITTC standards associatedwith ship performance is desirable. - Experience in managingexperimental research in relation to ship performance and/or energyefficiency technologies is desirable. - Experience in conductingtrials at ship, specifically in the context of ship performance, isdesirable. - Ability to code is essential.
