The analyst will lookto identify opportunities within the business and functions anddeliver operational changes to drive positive business outcomes.Weare seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join ourteam. Delivered in partnership with our specialist providerpartner Digital Native, this programme will be delivered via ablended model - including live virtual sessions, online learningand a quarterly face-to-face Hackathon. The programme will concludewith an End Point Assessment, followed by roll-off into yourpermanent role within the Thales UK business.Requirements: Stronginterest in business analysis, business operations or projectmanagementBasic understanding of business processes, datamanagement, or IT systems (advantageous but not required)Excellentwritten and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detailand an analytical mindsetWillingness to learn and adapt to newchallengesAbility to work collaboratively in a team-orientedenvironmentYou will also need 5 GCSEs grade 9-4 (A-C) includingEnglish and Maths (or equivalent), plus a Level 3 qualification todemonstrate the ability to learn at this level.
