With a focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement, we’re expanding our expert team and seeking a skilled Toolmaker to support our manufacturing operations.

As a Toolmaker, you will be responsible for manufacturing, maintaining, and repairing tooling and fixtures used in the production of precision aerospace components. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a high-standards, engineering-focused environment.

Job Description

Manufacture and repair jigs, fixtures, and tools to tight tolerances
Read and interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications
Operate manual and CNC machines (milling, turning, grinding, etc.)
Ensure tooling is maintained to aerospace quality standards
Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams
Proactively identify improvements to tooling processesToolmaker
Qualifications/ Experience

Proven experience as a Toolmaker in a manufacturing environment (ideally aerospace, automotive, or precision engineering)
Strong manual machining skills
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Apprenticeship-trained or equivalent engineering qualification desirable
