About the Role
Senior Aerospace Underwriter to specialize in niche aerospace products. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex and unique risks, supporting strategic growth in a dynamic and evolving sector.
As a key member of the underwriting team, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and managing a profitable portfolio of niche aerospace risks, including emerging technologies, space, UAVs, and specialist aviation products.
• Building strong relationships with brokers, clients, and industry stakeholders to drive new business opportunities.
• Conducting detailed risk assessments, pricing, and policy structuring to ensure sustainable profitability.
• Staying ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to shape underwriting strategies.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and maintain underwriting excellence.

Key Skills & Experience

• Significant experience in aerospace underwriting, with expertise in niche or specialist aviation risks.
• Strong analytical and technical underwriting skills, with a commercial mindset.
