Senior Quality Engineer
Job Description:
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams on quality-related issues, ensuring effective resolution and strong communication
  • Maintain quality control throughout the manufacturing process, supporting a Right First Time approach and ensuring customer requirements are met
  • Lead and support root cause analysis, non-conformance, RCCA, CAPA and continuous improvement activities to reduce recurring quality issues
  • Support the Quality Management System, including internal audits and external audits such as NADCAP, while ensuring compliance with AS9100 and customer requirements
  • Work closely with production and cross-functional teams on NPI, quality improvement projects and the implementation of effective quality processes

Senior Quality Engineer
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications:
  • Experience within an aerospace/highly regulated manufacturing environment
  • Experience with practical problem-solving and continuous improvement tools such as 8D, 5 Why, Kaizen and root cause analysis
  • Experience with First Article Inspection (FAI)
  • Experience within CNC Machining, Fabrication, Special processes are advantageous
