About the opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. In this key role, you will lead quality initiatives, ensure compliance with AS9100 standards, and drive continuous improvement across our operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Quality Assurance function, ensuring compliance with AS9100 and customer requirements.

Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems, procedures, and documentation.

Conduct internal and external audits, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
*
Liaise with customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies on quality-related matters.
*
Mentor and train QA team members, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
*
Analyse quality data, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management.
*
Support new product introduction and process validation activities.
Requirements
*
Proven experience in a senior QA role within an AS9100-certified aerospace environment.
*
In-depth knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, and relevant aerospace standards.
*
Strong auditing, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
*
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
*
Certified Lead Auditor (AS9100) preferred.
