Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a multi-disciplinary engineering team.
• Manage technical requirements and workload priorities.
• Design, develop, and test complex hardware and software systems.
• Prepare and present design reviews, project status updates, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders.
• Participate in customer and supplier meetings, ensuring technical quality.
• Stay informed about industry and technological developments.

About You

• Degree in engineering or science (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in project leadership or in systems, software, or electronics engineering.
• Strong understanding across electronics, software, systems, and mechanical domains.
• Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Experience leading complex projects involving software, electronics, and systems engineering.
• Background in Defence, Aerospace, or safety-critical industries.
• Knowledge of standards such as DO-178, DO-254, IEC 61508, or UK Defence Standards.
• Experience designing and testing against environmental or safety standards.
