The role:
This position focuses on managing the commercial and contractual aspects of international engineering projects, including project controlling, reporting, invoicing, and cost management. Responsibilities include preparing and negotiating contracts for a range of clients, developing competitive offers in partnership with sales, and collaborating closely with finance, legal, tax, export control, and project management teams. It also serves as the primary contact for all commercial, tax, and contract matters, while overseeing risk and change management, handling claims, and implementing preventive and corrective measures to support successful project outcomes.

What we want from you:

Degree in business studies or equivalent commercial qualification, ideally with industry or tax consulting experience.
3-5+ years in a similar role with proven expertise in commercial project management.
In-depth understanding of international plant operations, including overseas sites, facilities, and workforce deployment.
Proficient in SAP R/3 and MS Office, with strong English communication skills; additional languages are an asset.
Collaborative team player with cross-departmental coordination skills and willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
