Are you an experienced quality engineer with a background in aerospace looking to join a rapidly growing company with extensive training and benefits?
Established in 1983, this precision components manufacturer is experiencing significant growth and expansion. Over the past four years, the company has grown from 100 to 330 employees, with plans for further expansion in the near future.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining quality procedures, supporting internal and external audits, and analysing quality performance across the facility to contribute to continuous improvement.

The Role:
- Review and interpret customer specifications, engineering requirements, and aerospace standards.
- Develop and maintain quality procedures, process specifications, work instructions, and technical documentation.
- Plan, conduct, and report internal audits in accordance with the company audit programme.
- Analyse test data and quality performance metrics to support continuous improvement.
The Person:
- Experience as a Quality Engineer in the aerospace market
- Experience with AS9100 quality management systems
