Do you want to work for a growing Aerospace manufacturing business in Leicester..? Are you an experience Quality Engineer with significant years in either the Automotive / Aerospace industry..?

The role will support internal departments by sharing agreed objectives on EHS, Quality, Cost and Delivery while participating in the operational control model. You day will consist of working in a team with other Quality Engineer’s, Team Leaders and the Manufacturing Manager. You will be expected to create and control relevant quality documentation as Control Plans, Inspection Plans, SPC charts etc.

As the successful Quality Engineer you will apply problem-solving methods, root cause analyse in order to improve operational performance process capability and quality problems. You’ll implement and/or project manage problem solutions through working with external suppliers, working with customers, proving out improved techniques, completing PFMEA activities.

Given your experience you’ll be able to demonstrate complete measurements systems analysis in line with current industry standards. Take accountability for the relevant milestones in the NPDI gated process, fulfilling all QE tasks defined in that process – E.g completing FAIR’s, Customer specific requirements, gaining customer approvals, supporting PPAP.
