Expleo is seeking Project Engineers to support our prestigious Automotive customer in Warwickshire(Annual Contract). This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of engineering delivery within complex vehicle programmes, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and drive excellence across multiple engineering functions.

About the Role

As a Project Engineer, you will:

Lead the engineering delivery of programme content across assigned areas

Drive alignment across attribute teams and functional leaders through structured stakeholder engagement

Provide clarity, direction, and coaching to team members

Apply Agile methodologies to improve delivery efficiency

Use data to influence decisions and support issue resolution

Communicate progress, risks, and challenges clearly to varied stakeholders

Skills Required

Programme Management for Engineering Content

Data Analysis Skills (using Excel, Jira, Smartsheet)

Good communication and presentation skills

Experience of delivering engineering content. Engineering Programme Management.

Agile working practices

Methodical detailed approach to work context

Analytical skills to identify how one issue can impact on another and put in place the required interventions through support or from own knowledge base

MS Office and Jira/Confluence competencies

Ability to present complex data & issues to a varied audience

Experience of Problem Resolution using structured approaches

Desirable Experience and Qualifications

Experience with propulsion or electrical commodities

Experience in automotive industry

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science

Experience in 3Dx.

Ability to manage risks and issues

Experience of supplier management.

Degree/APM PMQ/Agile qualified or equivalent experience preferred
