Job Opportunity

Main Duties and Responsibilities

The day-to-day responsibilities of the PPC Media Executive include:

  • Manage and optimise established PPC campaigns across Google Ads & Microsoft Ads.
  • Launch and optimise new Paid Search & Shopping campaigns.
  • Implement and test new PPC features.
  • Monitor and assess performance metrics daily, weekly, and monthly across multiple campaigns.
  • Build out Search Ads at scale.
  • Conduct keyword research and identify new product opportunities.
  • Review ad copy, write and test adverts for effectiveness.
  • Perform bid optimisations.
  • Analyse trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Prepare detailed reports on key metrics and performance summaries to provide insights to the wider team.
  • Stay updated with the latest PPC and SEM trends.


This role would suit someone with experience as a PPC Media Executive, PPC Executive, Paid Search Executive, PPC Specialist, Paid Media Manager or in a similar role. Apply today and grow your career with us!


Essential Skills

Skills Required

  • 5 GCSEs A-C including Maths & English
  • 2 years’ experience in PPC (Google Ads and Google Analytics).
  • Ability to think creatively to enhance campaign performance.
  • Strong numeracy and excellent written communication skills.
  • Confidence and professionalism.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical thinking and decisiveness.
  • Open-mindedness and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • High levels of integrity and positive communication.
  • Team player.


Desirable but Not Essential

  • Experience with Microsoft Ads
  • Google Looker Studio
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Knowledge and proficiency in Google Ads Editor, Google Ads scripts and Excel
  • Experience managing Large PPC Budgets
