Description

We are looking for someone to join our Night Mission Control Crew (our name for Night Reception) to work 20 hours per week.

A little about the role

As part of our Mission Control Crew Member, you'll be the first and last smile our guests see - creating warm welcomes, smooth check-ins. and fond farewells. You'll work at Mission Control to deliver friendly , efficient, and memorable guest experiences around the clock. The role of Mission Control Crew working at YOTEL is one of continued development and never a dull shift! You will get to interact with our great guests, making sure their stay at YOTEL is seamless and that everything is working in the hotel safely and how it should – making you very important to us indeed!

Key Responsibilities

Greet and check-n guests using YOTEL's systems and procedures.
Provide information about YOTEL services, facilities, and the local area.
Handle guest queries, requests, or issues with care and creativity.
Manage check out processes, billing, and payments.
Monitor security and health and safety standards at the front desk.
Support the wider team with luggage assistance and replenishments
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready and guests issues are resolved quickly.
Champion YOTEL's brand values and deliver service that feels personal and efficient.

What we're looking for

Previous Customer Service or Front Desk experience - Hospitality experience is a plus
Strong communication skills with a positive, can-do attitude
A team player who thrives in a fast paced, every changing environment
Confidence, curiosity, and energy
Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
