    Job Description:
    We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Inside Sales Executive to join our team. 
     This role will be central to delivering fast, quality traded solutions to customer enquiries, operating in a “quick centre” style environment. 
    You’ll be responsible for sourcing, quoting, and securing business, providing customers with fast, competitive responses to meet their needs.
    A background in distribution or trading environments will be highly beneficial, and knowledge of the bearing industry would be a distinct advantage.
    This role would suit someone with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to get tasks done and someone who thrives in an environment where each day brings new opportunities.
     
    Key Responsibilities:

    Respond to inbound customer enquiries, providing quick, accurate, and competitive quotations.
    Source traded parts and solutions from our supplier and distributor network.
    Manage and grow relationships with key distributors, suppliers, and trading partners.
    Follow up on quotations to secure orders, negotiating terms where required.
    Liaise closely with the engineering and external sales teams to ensure solutions align with customer requirements.
    Provide regular feedback to the sales and procurement teams regarding market trends, pricing, and product availability.
    Update and maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
    Support continuous improvement of processes to ensure the highest standards of customer service.
    Assist in onboarding new suppliers where necessary to expand trading capability.
     
    Knowledge and Skills:

    Experience in internal sales, distribution, or procurement in a technical or engineering environment.
    Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance speed and accuracy.
    Bearing industry knowledge beneficial, but not essential if you have experience in similar industrial/mechanical sectors.
    Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
    Confident using CRM systems, MS Office, and other business tools.
    Positive, driven, and collaborative attitude.
