Head of Transformation

We are seeking a strategic individual with extensive experience in senior transformation/change leadership to join Kubus and be responsible for defining, managing and delivering a comprehensive transformation that aligns with commercial, technical and customer objectives.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Establish a Project Management Office (PMO) / governance framework to manage multiple change initiatives.
Introduce scalable systems, processes and tools (including automation and service management platforms). Build capability and capacity within the organisation to deliver long-term growth.
Ensure all initiatives are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards.
Design and implement new commercial models based on recurring revenue and service-based pricing.
Evaluate investment cases and forecast ROI for transformation initiatives.
Act as the visible champion for transformation, promoting collaboration, innovation and accountability.
Manage a growing transformation team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
What We’re Looking For:
Extensive experience in senior transformation or change leadership roles, ideally as a Head of Transformation, Transformation Director or equivalent.
Demonstrable experience of transitioning a business from VAR to MSP (or closely related transformation in the IT services sector).
Experience in private equity or a high-growth, scaling environment.
Strong knowledge of IT services, MSP operating models and vendor ecosystems.
Commercially astute with the ability to link transformation initiatives to tangible business outcomes.
A leader who can inspire, challenge and support teams through change.
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Pragmatic, hands-on approach, capable of balancing strategic vision with execution detail.
