Sheet Metal Fitter – Aerospace Sector
Shift: Permanent Double Day Shift (06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00)
Pay: £19ph + 10% pension

Are you an experienced Sheet Metal Fitter looking to join a highly skilled and growing team? Our client, under new leadership is thriving. A trusted supplier to Rolls-Royce and a leader in aerospace component manufacturing, is seeking two talented individuals to join their team due to increased workload.

The Role:

As a Sheet Metal Fitter, you will be responsible for fabricating, maintaining, and repairing precision aerospace components and assemblies. You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality products within a fast-paced, safety-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate actively in maintaining a positive and proactive EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) culture.

Perform high-standard fabrication work aligned with aerospace sheet metal processes.

Read, interpret, and work accurately to engineering drawings, maintaining tight tolerances.

*

Use measuring tools and inspection fixtures to verify component conformity.

*

Conduct general maintenance on machinery, jigs, and fixtures, ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

About You:

Ideally time-served with a strong background in sheet metal fabrication.

Experienced in a high-paced, multi-project environment.
