You'll be responsible for driving change across systems, mechanical and engineering design teams within this highly successful aerospace engineering company

This requires an energising and challenging maverick not afraid of questioning well established and proven practices of long standing technical experts

You need a proven track record of managing technical staff through changes, capable of shaping teams into new ways of thinking to solve ever greater technical challenges in an aerospace environment

Your academic background will be in mechanical, aerospace engineering or similar technical subject and probably Chartered

Above all, you need to be an energising leader of people.
