.Electrical / Avionics Fitter page is loaded## Electrical / Avionics Fitterlocations: Cambridge, UKtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: JR104972Purpose of the positionTo carry out maintenance, modifications, and repairs to aircraft systems in accordance with work card instructions and relevant controlled technical documentation.Actively support, promote, and contribute to continuous improvement ideas and activity to ensure that progressive gains in efficiency are maintained.AccountabilityAccountable for the safe and compliant completion of maintenance and modifications on aircraft under the supervision of a Technician or Team Leader.Responsibilities:* Carry out maintenance tasks on aircraft modifications, repairs, systems, system functions and maintenance tasks across scope of trade.* Comply with HSE and airworthiness regulations and requirements.* Work in accordance with company procedures to ensure compliance with requirements associated with the role, eg, tool control, document control, system updates and certification.* Booking and accounting for time* Working to and maintaining a high standard of workmanshipCapability:* Approved aeronautical apprenticeship (Electrical/Avionic) or equivalent (level 3). Additional qualification where mandated (e.g. EASA B2 licence).
