CNC Turner - Mazak

About the Role:

DCS Engineering are currently recruiting a CNC Turner to join one of the longest established largest sub contract aerospace manufacturing companies in the UK.

As a CNC Turner, you will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating Mazak CNC lathes to produce precision aerospace components to tight tolerances and exacting quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Program, set, and operate Mazak CNC lathes using Mazatrol controls
Manufacture complex aerospace components from technical drawings
Work to AS9100 and aerospace quality standards
Conduct in-process inspection using precision measuring equipment
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure compliance and efficiencyRequirements:

Proven experience as a CNC Turner in a precision or aerospace engineering environment
Strong knowledge of Mazak machines and Mazatrol programming
Ability to read and interpret aerospace engineering drawings
Familiarity with quality standards such as AS9100
