Position: CNC Setter / Operator

Location: Quedgeley, Gloucestershire

Job Type: Permanent Night Only. 12 Hour Shift Pattern.

Our global manufacturing client are on the look out for CNC Setter / Operators to join the business. They have day and night shift options available.

Role and Responsibilities –

In this role you will set and operate CNC Machines to complete cycles of product ready to be shipped out to customers. It will involve short cycle times and lots of quality inspection to make sure standards are high.

Set and operate CNC Machines
Use Quality Inspection tools such as Verniers and Micrometers
Reduce scrap wastage to a minimum
   Experience or Qualifications –

Previous experience in setting and operating CNC Machinery
Engineering and manufacturing environment experience is essential
Ensuring KPIs are met and ability to work under pressure
Quality inspection experience
Candidates who currently are a CNC Setter, CNC Operator, CNC Machinist, Machine Setter, or Machine Inspection Setter would be suitable for this role.
