Objectives of this Role
As a Project Manager, you will lead and oversee innovative XR development projects that align with our strategic business objectives, delivering high-value, impactful solutions to our clients. You will ensure the successful and timely delivery of projects, exceeding client expectations through continuous innovation and technical excellence.

In addition to project leadership, you will manage key client accounts, building strong relationships and identifying new opportunities to expand project portfolios. You will play a crucial role in maintaining client satisfaction while driving growth through account development.

Furthermore, you will actively contribute to elevating the technical capabilities of our team, fostering a culture of growth and continuous improvement, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in XR technology.



Experience:4+ years of project management experience, preferably in XR, AR, VR, or game development, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope.

Technical Expertise: 3+ years of software development experience. Solid understanding of software development life cycles, particularly Agile or Scrum frameworks, with practical experience in immersive technologies to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, and art teams.

Leadership:Proven ability to lead and motivate distributed cross-functional teams, manage resources, and meet timelines while ensuring stakeholder expectations are met and project excellence is achieved.

Budget and Resource Management:Strong experience in managing budgets, optimizing resources, and ensuring cost-effective project execution.

Client-Centric Focus:Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and delivering solutions that exceed client needs.

Effective Communication and Collaboration:Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders. Experience working with external partners, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution and integration.

Data-Driven Problem-Solving:Proactive in identifying challenges early and leveraging data insights and metrics to implement creative solutions, ensuring timely project delivery and overall success.

Adaptability:Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adjusting to evolving project requirements and shifting priorities.

Passion for XR:Deep enthusiasm for XR technologies with a forward-thinking approach to creating immersive experiences that transform industries.

Would be considered a plus

Industry Knowledge:Up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in XR, AR, VR, and immersive technologies, with a keen interest in advancing the field.


Responsibilities:

Project Leadership and Management

  • Lead and Manage Projects: Oversee XR projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and successful outcomes. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.

  • Develop and Maintain Schedules: Create project timelines, manage risks, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Performance Monitoring and Risk Management

  • Monitor Project Progress: Track milestones and overall goals, making adjustments as needed to ensure on-time delivery.

  • Mitigate Risks: Proactively identify and resolve potential risks to maintain project flow.

Financial Oversight

  • Manage Budgets: Ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints while maintaining quality standards.

Client Collaboration and Relationship Management

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with internal and external teams to define project scope and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client needs.

  • Build Client Relationships: Serve as the main point of contact, managing expectations, providing updates, and fostering long-term partnerships. Offer post-delivery support and training to ensure successful adoption of XR solutions.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation

  • Drive Efficiency and Innovation: Continuously improve project processes and drive innovation within the XR space, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

  • Mentor Team Members: Support the professional growth of your team, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
