This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and growing company. With strong foundations and a clear vision for the future, the business is now looking for a Workshop Manager to take ownership of daily operations and help drive the next stage of development.
In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day production, improve operational processes, maintain high quality standards, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget. It's a hands-on leadership position that calls for excellent organisational skills and a solid understanding of production and team management.

Your Responsibilities as Workshop Manager Will Include:

• Overseeing day-to-day workshop operations, managing workflow and production schedules.
• Coordinating between design, manufacturing, and installation teams.
• Implementing structure, process improvements, and efficiency measures.
• Monitoring quality control, budgets, and timelines.
• Reporting regularly on workshop performance and output.

As a Workshop Manager, You Will Have:

• Proven experience managing a manufacturing workshop.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills with a focus on precision and structure.
• The ability to read technical drawings and translate design into production.
• A proactive, solution-driven approach with great communication skills.
• Based in or commutable to Lincoln (Monday to Friday on-site).
