Welder/Fabricators required due to continues expansion of this dynamic and successful fabrication company! These roles involve both site work and fabrication, with most positions involving both factory and local site work. You will engage in the installation and manufacturing of a broad range of metal components in diverse environments, including aerospace, medical, and construction projects.

Key Requirements:

Proven track record of high-quality MIG (and ideally TIG welding) of Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, and Aluminium.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
Familiarity with presses, guillotines, and other sheet metal fabrication workshop machinery.
A strong understanding of safety protocols and the ability to work with a variety of tools and machines.
All skill and experience levels are considered there are opportunities for supervisory positions (these pay the higher rates on the advert)
Reliability, commitment to quality workmanship, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Some site work at Stansted Airport is required so you should be able to be security checked.Responsibilities:

Perform MIG (and ideally TIG) welding on various materials, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
Fabricate components using hand tools and power tools, adhering to precise specifications.
Conduct inspections of welded joints and fabricated parts for structural integrity.
Collaborate with team members to assemble and install parts.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols and guidelines.Incentives:

Overtime is readily available and paid at a rate of 1.33, with a bonus scheme of £50.00 per night shift for site work completed at night.
