We’re looking for a Wedding Venue Set Up Porter to join our team, helping bring our stunning venues to life for each special occasion. As a Set Up Porter, you’ll play a key role in preparing our beautiful spaces, ensuring every detail is ready for our couples and their guests to enjoy. If you’re hands-on, reliable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you!


Key Responsibilities:



  • Event Set Up: Move and arrange tables, chairs, and furniture to create beautiful layouts for weddings and events.




  • Room Turnarounds: Support the events team in quickly and efficiently transforming spaces between ceremonies, wedding breakfasts, and evening receptions.




  • Guest Support: Assist with carrying luggage, equipment, or deliveries to help couples, suppliers, and fellow team members.




  • Venue Standards: Keep public areas tidy and organised, making sure the venue always looks its best.




  • Collaboration: Work closely with the events, bar, and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth running on busy event days.




  • Problem-Solving: Respond to last-minute changes or requests with a calm, can-do attitude.
