Warranty – Front Line Manager

Our client are a market leader as an industrial services provider, they work with some of the world’s biggest companies and have an exciting opportunity for someone with a background across warranty and associated skills in a HSE environment.   

Responsibilities – Warranty – Front Line Manager

Ensure all colleagues are aware of their HSE duties and responsibilities under the site policies and can safely carry them out
Ensure that you investigate all near misses, incidents, and accidents with emphasis on preventing any re-occurrences. Monitor the department’s accident performance, sharing learning and best practice outputs
Ensure that you are driving quality safety monitoring processes, standards, and compliance
Escalate any health, safety, and environmental matters that have been unresolved to your manager
Use the Behavioural Based Safety (BBS) program daily to ensure appropriate behaviours and processes are followed as required.
Have a clear understanding of operational objectives & KPIs applicable to your role and to your team
Communicate productivity and direct hours targets to your team, ensuring they have a clear understanding of what is expected from them - including communication to new starters
Qualification/Experience – Warranty – Front Line Manager

Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and legislation
Experience of leading and supporting teams
A Level or equivalent qualification
People management experience
Familiarity with an automotive manufacturing environment
History of effectively managing customer queries and complaints
