Acorn by Synergie is recruiting various Warehouse / Supply Chain vacancies for their client in South Molton.

We're urgently recruiting for Shippers, Material Movers & Stores persons to support the warehousing and supply chain function of a busy manufacturing site.

Shift

Core days - 8:00 to 16:45 Monday to Thursday and 8:00am to 12:00pm Friday

Duties and responsibilities include:

Responsible for managing the despatch process of Finished Goods Transfer Parts, and Return Goods to both customers and suppliers.
Adhering to Aerospace regulations and governance
Completing documentation
Generating despatch and associated documentation
Packing goods on picking lists following strict procedures
Issuing of parts against the appropriate material requests
Receiving and checking components against incoming documentation
Assist in the physical movement of parts into and out of the stores area
Issue and despatch transfer orders to other warehouses
Carry out regular stock checks as required by Company procedures
To use the appropriate Company procedures and the computerised stock control system

Essential experience, qualifications and background required:

Proven experience of maintaining safe working practices
Previous warehousing/ supply chain experience
IT Literate - Microsoft office experience (Word/Excel, including ability to analyse data in MS Excel)
Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal
