This role has a starting rate of £12.25 per hour... On successful completion of probation period you will receive an increase to £12.75 per hour and £50 in hotel vouchers.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • To ensure all of our guests receive a warm welcome and are
    treated to the up most hospitality and care during their stay with us – we aim
    to provide an unforgettable experience

  • To ensure all complaints are minimised and handles
    professionally as in accordance with our policies
  • To work in line with company policies and manuals
  • Work with the Food and Beverage Manager & Supervisor to
    maximise sales performance and achieve sales in line with targets
  • Ensure effective control of stock and staff costs in the
    Restaurant Managers& Supervisor absence.
  • To follow all hotel policies as outlined in your training
    manual:
  • Serve food and drinks, quickly and efficiently, meeting our five
    star standards.
  • Keep up to date with current promotions and new products
  • Make guests aware of offers on our great food and drink
    range
  • To assist in any function or events set ups in accordance
    with procedures
  • To maintain exemplary billing systems and obtain all payments
    from customers in accordance with company Policy, and the accurate accounting
    and processing of all reception sales.
  • To observe and comply with cleaning rotas, health and safety,
    food and hygiene regulations
  • Ensure high standards of financial and reporting diligence in
    accordance with company policy
  • To ensure
    good working relationship with all other departments and communicate
    information throughout the hotel.
  • To understand responsibilities in relation to Fire
    Procedures, Health and Safety, COSHH, Infection Control and Emergency Aid.
  • All other duties as required
