JOB DESCRIPTION:

This role may suit an individual who is a specialist in true CROSS-DOMAIN INTELLIGENCE. The oversight requires you to effectively manage data at all levels, from creation to disposition, including data governance, data analytics on context structural behavior, unstructured data and master data management, data architecture strategies, metadata management, graph databases, reference data, location data, spatial data, geohash data, and business-centric data modeling. You will create multiple domains of data across the systems that power BULLISHER. A good example of this includes workflows and collaboration capabilities that streamline and improve operational business processes around master data in conformity with JOINT ALL-DOMAIN AND ELECTROMAGNETIC SPECTRUM OPERATIONS APPROACH, JAIC (JOINT ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE CENTER) APPROACH, JADC2 (JOINT ALL-DOMAIN COMMAND AND CONTROL) APPROACH.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

A proven track record in building trusted data as a strategic asset.

Extensive experience in implementing identifiers and attributes as the core entities of building blocks in a technology-enabled discipline.

A system record in effectively executing the implementation style of DISA's IPlan (Defense Information Systems Agency’s) Data Strategy Implementation Plan 2022-2024.

The ability to organize and link companies' master data in an unlimited number of relationships across domains, e.g., AI edge computing & edge processing.

Proven record implementing NIST SP 800-171 in defense intelligence agencies.

DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND MANAGEMENT RELATIONSHIPS:

Fully automate the information management lifecycle, properly secure data, and maintain end-to-end records management.

Manage the data management professionals, policies, and culture around data within the master data team in the BULLISHER organization.

Leverage data for strategic advantage.

Support data domain-centric governance and identify key master and reference data domains.

Ensure data definition and improvement processes and workflows are consistent, traceable, and measurable in conformity with DISA's IPlan (Defense Information Systems Agency’s) Data Strategy Implementation Plan 2022-2024.

Create and implement data input validation teams outside the scope of the organization structure.

Assess how business processes preserve or degrade data and what hidden costs of failure exist.

Operationalize processes and workflows to make data governance work.

Implement a comprehensive view of data across the BULLISHER ORGANIZATION.

Initiate and effectively implement a capability-centric approach to gain cross-functional input for data decisions.

ENVIRONMENT: This position will operate in the following areas of the organization regulatory engineering division: MULTIDOMAIN DEFENCE DOCK.

Employees must be legally authorized to work in the UK. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

QUALIFICATION, SKILLS-SET, AND PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

PHD IN COMPUTER SCIENCE OR QUANTUM MECHANICS.

DATA SCIENCE: 15+ YEARS OF INDUSTRIAL EXPERIENCE IN SIMILAR DISCIPLINE.

MATHEMATICAL AND OPERATIONAL RESEARCH in similar disciplines, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Executive level experience in database interrogation and analytical techniques, such as RUST, SQL, JAVA, C++, OPP.

Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) is essential.

Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) are essential.

Certified Authorization Professional (CAP).

It is prerequisite to be certified in one of the listed DoD 8570 Certifications.

Proven record in 6/7 programming languages.

STAGE 2: COGNITIVE ASSESSMENT SCREENING WITH A 30+ YEARS EXPERIENCE PSYCHOLOGIST.

STAGE 3: PRE-SCREENING (verification checks & DV security clearance).
