Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic requred in Guildford!

Salary: Up to £42,500 Basic + £50,000 OTE + Time & Half Overtime Hours: 42.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm, with Saturdays on a rotational basis 8:30am – 12:30pm, paid at overtime) Additional Benefits: Performance-based bonus, overtime earnings, sign up bonus, career development opportunities

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic to join a reputable franchised car dealership in Guildford. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing, and repairing vehicles to manufacturer standards, ensuring high customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated technician looking to advance their career within a respected dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Vehicle Technician:
Servicing vehicles – performing checks and maintenance as per manufacturer guidelinesDiagnosing faults and repairing or replacing defective parts and componentsAdvising Vehicle Service Receptionists on repair requirementsProviding accurate time estimates for repairs and servicingMaintaining comprehensive repair and service recordsTesting repaired systems and ensuring vehicle safety and functionalityCarrying out repairs in line with manufacturer standardsCandidate Profile of the Vehicle Technician:
