We are supporting various customers worldwide in automotive engineering.
We are recruiting for a Vehicle Integration System Technical Support Engineer for our UK customer.
Objectives
Support the Special Vehicles teams as well as convertors by developing our support documentation and support processes for Vehicle Integration System. This would also involve working with our engineering team and Vehicle Conversion Advisory Service to directly support convertors with technical questions.
Tasks
Investigate and confirm how the Vehicle Integration System Logic Tool currently works with respect to Logic Blocks and Vehicle features. This will involve a combination of researching existing documentation and validating on vehicles/simulators. Produce customer facing help documentation detailing how the logic tool works at a fundamental level, including technical documents and videos (not expected to be on camera or record vocals) Develop customer application examples that build on the fundamentals to demonstrate to convertors how they can use the tool to meet their application needs, with support from the engineering team. Work with customer’s Intelligence Software Team and Tech Team to integrate help information into the Logic Tool and web resources. Work with Vehicle Conversion Advisory Service (VCAS) team and Tech team to make the examples available to convertors and educate VCAS team on what resources are available. There may be the opportunity to deliver training on the Vehicle Integration System product across Europe, depending on the candidate.
