You need to have the following experience and skills:

This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a growing business that is committed to its people and customers, and a company that provides exceptional training to ensure that its staff reach their best potential. The position attracts circa £32kOTE, which includes a basic hourly rate (based on 40 hours p/week), overtime, and a discretionary annual bonus (with a Christmas bonus on top), and you can expect incremental pay increases throughout your training, too. As a business, Morgan Ward also provide enhanced benefits, which include an enhanced pension contribution, and private medical and dental plan, too.
