Thermal Spray Operator duties include maintaining, operating all thermal spray, associated coating equipment (including grit blast unit(s) and program robotic manipulator.

Tasks

  • Assist Workshop Supervisor by reporting HSE matters and factors that may/or hinder performance.
  • Maintain relevant thermal spray logbooks.
  • Ensure adequate stock of consumable parts, powders, masking and blasting materials etc.
  • Assist supervisor with production planning when required.
  • Carry out any additional duties that the Directors consider to be within your range of capabilities.
