Technical Maintenance Supervisor.
Salary: £50,000 + Company Vehicle or Paid mileage + Career Progression + Training.
Portsmouth (Commutable from: Southampton, Fareham, Havant, Chichester, Waterlooville).

Are you a hands-on maintenance supervisor or multi-skilled engineer looking for technical leadership and clear progression into contract or commercial management?

On offer is a varied technical role with a growing company, long-term career prospects, and the chance to work on high-profile industrial contracts across the defence and aerospace sectors.

This company has been delivering high-quality M&E maintenance and installation services since 2003. They're known for investing in their team, working in a stable industry, and offering real opportunities to move into senior roles as the business scales.

You'll support engineers and clients across multiple sites, solving technical issues, writing service regimes, and helping to scope small works. This is a 50/50 split between office-based and on-site, and you'll be a key technical voice across the team.

This role would suit a multi-skilled supervisor or senior maintenance engineer looking to step up into a technical leadership position with long-term career prospects.

The Role:

Provide technical support to engineers and clients across multiple industrial sites
Develop service regimes, safety documents, and assist in small project delivery
Work closely with the Contracts Manager to support ongoing contract growthThe Candidate:

Multi-skilled (electrical/mechanical) with ONC/HNC and maintenance background
Strong communicator with leadership experience and site/client confidence
British citizen eligible for Security Clearance, willing to travel and stay away occasionally
