How will you make an impact?HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

This pivotal role ensures that our business systems, digital platforms, and IT operations seamlessly support the Maison’s three key locations. You will oversee critical business systems (ERP, POS, Sage Finance, Salesforce CRM), manage vendors and budgets, and drive IT project delivery, collaborating closely with Richemont Group IT and our commercial and operational teams.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT:


Multi-Site IT Coordination

Oversee all IT operations across Purdey's three sites.


Ensure consistent service quality and business continuity.
Represent Purdey in Richemont IT coordination and governance meetings.

Business Systems & Applications

Manage and support core business systems (ERP, CRM, Finance, POS).


Coordinate system upgrades, configurations, and data integrations with vendors and Group IT.
Maintain documentation and provide user training for all applications.

CRM Support

Administer CRM systems, including user management and access.


Manage data cleansing, uploads, and integrations across platforms.
Ensure accurate tracking for Retail, Marketing, and Membership teams.

Programme & Project Management

Plan and manage Purdey's annual IT programme and digital transformation initiatives.


Deliver IT projects on time, within budget, and aligned with Richemont standards.
Collaborate with Richemont Group project managers on local and global initiatives.

Budget & Vendor Management

Manage IT budgets (CAPEX and OPEX) across all Purdey sites.


Oversee vendor contracts, renewals, and conduct performance reviews.
Forecast, track, and report IT spend in partnership with Finance and Group IT.

Audit, Security & Compliance

Lead yearly IT and security audit activities and coordinate remediation actions.


Ensure GDPR/DSAR compliance and adherence to Richemont data protection standards.
Maintain proper controls for user access, finance system integrity, and sensitive data.

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

Represent Purdey in Group Technology, Security, and IAM reviews.


Provide regular reports on IT incidents, project progress, and budgets.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and translate technical updates into clear business communications

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

Proven experience in IT coordination, systems management, or application support within a multi-site or group environment.


Familiarity with ERP (ApparelMagic), POS, Salesforce CRM, and Sage Finance systems.
Strong understanding of system integrations, workflow improvements, and data integrity principles.
Experience managing IT budgets (CAPEX/OPEX) and third-party vendors effectively.
Skilled in project management, audit readiness, and stakeholder communication.
Awareness of cybersecurity, data protection, and governance frameworks.
Highly organised and consistently results-driven.
A strong relationship builder, confident in representing the brand to both Group stakeholders and external vendors.
Calm, professional, and solutions-focused, particularly when working under pressure.
Detail-oriented and disciplined with documentation, follow-up, and process adherence.
Able to communicate effectively at all levels and present confidently to senior leadership and ExCo.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
