Responsibilities
Our staff will work across the full systems engineering lifecycle with our client, so we would expect our staff to be working on a combination of:Elicitation of System Level Requirements from customer requirementsProducing a Test strategy for testing the System FunctionalityPerforming System Requirements ValidationPerforming System Verification and IntegrationImplementing the Problem Report Lifecycle – (investigate, resolve, close)
Essential skills
Able to work on a customer site and represent Expleo
Systems engineer:3- 5 years' experienceMBSE experienceSafety critical systems experience Lot of experience of the left side of the VRequirements Derivation from customer requirements through to low level software requirementEnterprise architect or similar MBSE softwareTeam Center or similar Config management
Desired skills
Marine systems engineering or aerospace engineering Sysml 1.4 experience Exposure to safety requirements iDefine
Experience
Experience using Doors / UML / Rhapsody Experience of full system development lifecycle (Requirements, Design, Implementation, Verification, Validation, Integration) Experience with Navigation Systems, Underwater Systems, Sonar or Marine required
What do I need before I apply
As this work is in the Defence industry a full valid Security Clearance is a prerequisite for this work, as is being a UK national (dual nationalities are not able to apply for this role due to restrictions on the contract placed by the MoD). Navigation Systems, Sonar or Marine experience is required.
