System Quality Assurance Engineer

Salary:£45,000 (depending on experience)

Location:Bolton (Relocation package may be available)

Hybrid Working:1-2 days per week on-site

Security Clearance:Must be a British Citizen or Dual UK National.

Key Responsibilities:

What You'll Do:

• Provide expert support on quality assurance processes, SAP systems, and business intelligence tools.
• Set up and manage user accounts, perform security checks, and drive the effective use of our systems.
• Lead the development, testing, and deployment of tools and dashboards for quality management and business intelligence.
• Work with cross-functional teams to manage software releases, document changes, and communicate effectively across the organization.
• Lead corrective action initiatives using data-driven insights to enhance quality and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage configurations and customizations in SAP/QM, supporting SAP HANA migration efforts.
• Contribute to global process harmonization, helping shape a cohesive quality assurance strategy across international teams.
• Explore AI and advanced analytics to develop new solutions for quality management challenges.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in product quality management
• Familiarity with aerospace or defense engineering (preferred, but not essential)
• Knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP QM/SAP HANA, with experience in project and change management (beneficial but not required)
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated, persistent, and results-driven
